My Human Family Community Photographic Project

Pine Street Gallery will host the innovative community photographic project My Human Family from the 4th - 14th of July.

The My Human Family project aims to raise awareness on issues relating to dogs that have been abandoned, surrendered and neglected while also celebrating the lives of our canine family members.

Furry four legged friends and their humans will be invited to submit photos of themselves and share personal stories. A selection will then be exhibited at Pine Street's community gallery in early July.

Submissions are open from the 1st of January - 31st March 2012; with the exhibition to be officially launched on the 7th of July.

The launch of My Human Family on Saturday, July 7th will be a fun day out for all dogs and their families. Rescued dogs will have a chance to bring their families out and show them off, pose for a family portrait, sniff old and new friends and create awareness for dogs that may need a new home.

Proudly supported by The City of Sydney, Pound Rounds, Animals Australia, Monika's Doggie Rescue , Paws and Recover, and RSPCA NSW.
