Following Animals Australia’s investigation into the 2015 Festival of Sacrifice, ABC’s 7.30 pulled no punches in a report revealing the continued failure of the live export industry to protect animals from extreme cruelty.

Sheep were witnessed being trussed, dragged, and thrown into car boots in sweltering 45°C+ degree heat, before having their throats slit while fully conscious in makeshift slaughter-rooms. All in direct violation of Australian regulations.
