Animals Australia chosen as a ‘standout charity’ on world stage.

Animals Australia has been awarded this evaluation in recognition of our efforts to improve the lives of animals; both at home, and abroad. There are thousands of charities that work on behalf of animals all over the world. And there are literally billions of animals in need of representation.

For donors, it can be a minefield. Through critical assessment, Animal Charity Evaluators’ mission is to identify those organisations that are the most effective based on outcomes for animals for every dollar donated.

We are humbled to become the first Australian animal charity to be recognised on an international platform by Animal Charity Evaluators as a “standout charity”, for our work on behalf of animals in Australia and abroad.

This charity evaluation recognises that although we may be based in Australia, our mission, our investigations, our reach and, ultimately, our impact for animals all extend globally.

We are proud to represent animals in Australasia and stand alongside some of our most esteemed international colleagues who represent animals in other parts of the globe. We’d also like to extend our respect and congratulations to Mercy for Animals, Animal Equality, the Humane League, the Humane Society of the United States, and all other groups who, united, are shaping a more compassionate future for animals.
